Hard facts:
• Trafficking of men and women, girls and boys is a nationwide epidemic.
• Iowa and its rural communities are not immune. Per capita, Iowa ranks
3rd (as in 3rd from the bottom) for sex trafficking.
• It is not an insurmountable problem and we can work together to
eliminate it.
Plan on attending a free screening of the movie Gridshock and the discussion
which follows on what is being done to help victims and bring their
traffickers and abusers to justice.
